All appliances handed in for repair will be cleaned and sanitised before collection. When dropping off for repair, please put your item in a bag with your name and phone number inside. Preferred payment method at this time is bank transfer but we do accept cash payments as well.
We repair all models of ghd with the exception of the Eclipse model. We can only offer cable replacement for the Platinum and the brand new GOLD models. The new ghd GOLD® not to be confused with the MK5 Gold Classic Styler which we can repair. Most repairs (with the exception of Platinum and Gold models) are just £20.00 (£24.95 via postal service which includes return first class signed for postage and packaging). Our fixed price excludes broken arms or if the circuit board has to be replaced. In these instances we will provide a quotation prior to any repair. We offer a no repair no fee service.
Our extensive stock of spare parts allow us to offer a same day repair service in most instances. We also repair Cloud 9 (limited repairs of the Touch model), Corioliss, She, Wella and more. Non ghd straighteners will depend on availability of spare parts. For ghd Platinum and GOLD® models we require 3-7 days.
