Postal Repair Service

STOP! Are your ghd straighteners continuously beeping? They could be in Shiver mode. Please read a brief explanation on the Hints & Tips page. This is not a fault. Return postage must be made by the customer if it's found to be in Shiver Mode.

We offer a postal repair service for your broken ghds, Cloud 9 and other brand straighteners and dryers to anywhere within the UK. If sending first class you will receive your straighteners or hair dryer back within 2-3 days. Many of our customers use this safe, fast and efficient service.

  • All attachments must be removed i.e. nozzles, plate guards and diffusers. Including these items may incur additional postal costs.
  • Please do not remove the rear filter from hair dryers.
  • When packing your appliance ensure the plug is isolated from casings and plates as this could result in scratching or other damage whilst in transit.
  • Payment is only required after the repair is completed.

Step 1

Check your model and ensure it isn't one of these which we can't repair. 

Step 2

Open address details by clicking the envelope below. This can be printed or written out.


Step 3

Stick the address label on the front of the package and tear off your details part and  put it in with your straighteners or hair dryer.

Step 4

Drop them off at your local post office or arrange with your preferred courier.

Job Done!No need to make payment at this stage

No payment is required until after the repair has been completed. We will advise either by text or email that your appliance is ready to be returned and provide bank transfer details. Paypal is also accepted by selecting the appropriate option below.

Secure Online Payment via Paypal. Note we do not collect any card details. This is done directly between you and Paypal. The only information we get is notification from Paypal that your payment has been made. Preferred payment method is via Bank Transfer.

Prices include Tracked 24 return postage. We make every effort to re-use packaging materials sent to us. Daily postal cut-off time is 1pm. Payments received before this time will be posted same day.
