Because of the amount of spam calls, we generally don’t answer calls from landlines. If calling from a landline and it is regarding a repair, please leave a message and we will return your call.
Please contact the salon to check opening/closing times on the day you would like to drop off on 01506-857722 as times sometimes vary. The salon is closed Monday & Wednesday.
Card payments for repairs are not accepted at the salon. It is a drop off point only.
Please bring your appliance in a bag with your contact details inside.
Appliances may not be tested in the salon.
Appliances dropped off at the salon are usually repaired and ready for collection the next day, but you will be advised. For same day repairs please contact us on 07763867937.
