We offer power cable replacement only for the Platinum and GOLD® models. We are unable to carry out any other repairs for these models. The straighteners will have been working normally prior to damage to the cable (e.g by a pet or a vacuum cleaner). If using our postal service please discuss with us first and if possible send a picture of the damaged cable.
These models are very complex and the Platinum in particular is very time consuming for dismantling and reassembly. As a result the repair costs are higher than earlier model ghds.
We offer a 6 month parts and labour guarantee on cable replacement for these models. Please refer to our terms & conditions with regards to cables.
